General Conditions

Terms:

Payment in full is required five business days after closing date, unless credit has been established. Payment is by check (U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank) or bank transfer. We also accept all major credit cards.

Contracts:

The Multiple contract means advertising in more than one issue per year; the Full Year contract means advertising in every issue (10 consecutive issues) within a period of 12 months. All contracts are non-cancelable and non-postponable.

Agency Commission:

15% to recognized agencies, (applicable only to yearly contracts) if paid within due date of invoice. Optional design and production charges are not commissionable.

Requirements and Policies:

Advertisements are accepted only under the condition that the advertiser assumes all liability and responsibility for any legal claims from the advertisements printed. The publisher will not be held responsible for any damages or costs if it fails to publish an ad for any reason, or for no reason. MBM publications reserves the right to edit, rewrite or refuse any advertising. Any errors, omissions or problems of any kind will be corrected as soon as possible. No refunds are possible; however, credit may be given toward future advertising orders or submissions. Contracts must be completed within one year from date of first insertion. All artwork will be accepted only at customer¹s risk. Cancellations or changes in orders may not be made by the advertiser or its agency after closing date. Agency commissions are cancelled on unpaid invoices after due date. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% service charge per month. 25% of amount due will be added to accounts referred for collection and or legal action. A $25. fee will be charged for returned checks.No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on the publisher unless specifically agreed to in writing by the publisher. Publisher will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks or copy instructions which conflict with provisions herein. Advertisers are presumed to have read these requirements and policies and agreed to all conditions set forth herein without any further contract or notice.
